Hagerstown Council hears update about proposed Thomas Kennedy Park project

HAGERSTOWN, Md. - At Tuesday's council meeting, a top item on the agenda was hearing a proposal for the Thomas Kennedy Park from City Engineer Rodney Tissue.

 

Tissue came before the council saying the project would cost nearly $300,000 to build and was proposing the city put $30,000 towards the project.
